At On The Salt, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange an item due to damage for the same product, please contact us at info@onthesalt.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

30-Day Return Window
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your product arrival, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
